Help Shape the Future of the Santa Maria Valley
Whether you want to run for office, manage a winning campaign, or support pro-business leadership, our Candidate Academy provides the roadmap to success.
Local Leadership Starts Here
Deciding to run for office is a big step, but navigating the "how" shouldn't be the hardest part. The Santa Maria Valley Chamber’s Candidate Academy is a non-partisan, practical program designed to demystify local elections.
In partnership with Pacific Campaign Solutions (PCS), we’ve built a curriculum specifically for Santa Maria-area offices, election rules, and the unique landscape of Santa Barbara County. No political ideology—just actionable guidance and strategic decision-making.
