2026 State of Education: Exhibitor Information
Thank you for participating in the 2026 State of Education at Allan Hancock College. Please review the following important event details carefully.
Education-Focused Requirement
As this event is centered on The Future of Education, all booths must provide materials, resources, or information directly related to education.This may include:
- Student programs
- Career pathways
- Workforce development initiatives
- Educational resources
- Scholarships or training opportunities
- Youth engagement programs
Booths that do not align with the education theme may be asked to adjust materials onsite.

Setup & Offloading
Setup begins at 5:30 PM, and all tables must be fully set up by 5:45 PMIf you arrive before 5:30 PM, please wait until the designated time to begin setup.
- Upon arrival, proceed to Parking Lot 1 (Campus map is available here.)
- Late setups may result in forfeiture of your booth space
Tear Down Rules:
- Tables may not be dismantled before 6:00 PM
- All items must be hand-trucked out
- The Chamber will not provide wagons or dollies
- No vehicle access will be allowed inside the event space
Please plan accordingly.
Parking
Free parking for all exhibitors and attendees. Please park in Parking Lot 1. (Campus map available at this link.)
Exhibitor Space Information
Each exhibitor space includes:
- One 6’ x 3' table
- Two chairs
- Trash cans available throughout the venue
Please bring:
- Your own branded tablecloth (disposable coverings will be available if needed)
Electricity & Wi-Fi: no access to electricity or wifi will be provided.
Sales Policy
No merchandise, food, or other items may be sold. Exceptions apply only to approved food vendors.
Tips for Exhibitors
To maximize your impact:
- Create a “grabber” to draw people to your table (raffle, interactive element, giveaway)
- Collect business cards or contact information for follow-up
- Use creative and inviting table displays
- Bring promotional materials with your organization’s name and contact information
- Bring team members so you can network with other exhibitors
- Stand in front of your table and actively engage attendees
