Santa Maria Valley Strategic Priorities
The Chamber has identified five Strategic Priorities that will guide the work we engage in during the FY2024 through FY2026 program years. Within these Priorities, we have identified key Strategies that, successfully implemented, will allow us to make specific, measurable progress in addressing the Priorities. Additionally, this plan highlights examples of Initiatives that will address the Strategies and Priorities.
